Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item unless the return is due to our error.

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with the same item. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a similar product or a refund.
